Summary:

Overview: Timetrekkers is delighted to announce its Photographing the Past day with expert photographer Toby Savage. Toby is a vastly experienced photographer with over four decades of professional know-how. He has worked along side world-renowned archaeology professors in areas such as Libya, the Sahara, and the jungles of Guatemala. And has captured an extensive array of fascinating images, from 9000 year-old rock art to Garamantian mud-brick castles.

In this unique one-day masterclass designed for all levels of ability, you’ll discover the secrets of how to photograph real ancient archaeological artefacts to produce realistic, inspiring, and lasting images. Through expert-guided demonstration and assisted practical sessions, you’ll improve your existing skills and learn new techniques that will change the way you take photographs for ever!
